^well....since ive only ridden since January (mid Jan), i dont see why the ends would be worn, but point taken. The paint is considerably stripped, and im starting to see very small signs of rust...sadly....but nothing that would indicate excessive wear. Ya know?

But in any case, ill examine the rest of the hub, clean it off, remove the freewheel and cog and just do a general look over.

I need to tear my bike apart and clean it anyway...I think my omniums are due for regreasing already. Ive put well over 100 miles into it.
