I lean my bike against the wall in my office under my whiteboard. To prevent dings I stuck a 6" round plastic wall protector, the type designed for protecting a wall from doorknob strikes, at the spot where the drop handlebar touches the wall. I occasionally clean small tire marks off the wall with a Magic Eraser abrasive sponge.
