Cinelli bars? The later "narrow diameter" ones are 26.0 (instead of 26.4), and the Ritcheys are modeled after their bends.

3T has some bars I think, if not now then in the recent past, in 26.0.
Deda has 26.0.
Someone offered me a shallow drop bar in 26.0, maybe an FSA?
