I usually bring leftovers or a sandwich in my backpack. But today I decided to travel light and just grab something from the local deli. Then my wife called me up to say she had a meeting downtown and if I'd like, she'd drop off some lunch. I like!

So now I'm going to be enjoying some of her delicious risotto from the other night. Veggies, protein, and complex carbohydrates all in one. I think Fausto would approve.
