Wet and cool, but it was a great commute home. 39F with rain and winds from the WNW @ 12mph. The temps dropped from 52F this morning to 39 this afternoon.

I felt somewhat like a celebrity when I went past one of the schools on my route. About 3-4 different groups of kids were cheering me on as I went by them. Some were rooting and others were clapping. It gave me a pretty good chuckle.

Actually saw another cyclist this afternoon. Not sure if he was a commuter or just going for a "rain" ride, but he was on an unloaded road bike. I saw him in my mirror while starting the long climb up Rt 20. He stayed behind me all the way up the hill and pulled up along side of me at the top. We said our "hellos" and he went by. My plan was to keep him in view for the most part, but he ended up turning left about a mile after he passed.
