I'll check out performance again. To be honest I don't frequent them much since they're pretty overpriced compared to jenson, excel, ediscountbike, etc....but I have been looking at some red fiziks..ill check performance since you mentioned it though.
As for install, LBS charges $50 to put a bike together, I figure by the time I pick up a few tools and this that and the other ill be at almost $50 anyway. I also have a tendency to rush when I get frustrated and I really don't want to do that with a carbon frame. The LBS guys are great, I try to give them as much business as I can unless I find killer deals online.
