Here is a Peugeot PKN-10 I flipped last week. Got it from a neighbor and it had the neck frozen in the fork. More than likely a front end hit. I had been looking for a smaller frame to mount all the parts on but gave up as other projects came along.Much to big for me. I put it on CL and got buyers within 10 minutes. Big guys looking for a tall bike. Ed
