Those are Centaur hubs. Peter White thinks they are cheap junk, and rants about them HERE. Also - I'll bet squirtdad isn't looking for a standard or compact double, but I may be wrong on that.

Personally, I'd go to the secondary market and build a nice alloy set around either Chorus or Centaur alloy levers and Chorus hubs.
