That is pretty much Chorus pricing, but you do get the hubs. The RD pictured has the carbon front, though. Last year Centaur was around $600/shipped from the UK, and you could get a whole wheelset for under $400.

HERE. Also - I'll bet squirtdad isn't looking for a standard or compact double, but I may be wrong on that.
Personally, I'd go to the secondary market and build a nice alloy set around either Chorus or Centaur alloy levers and Chorus hubs.
