If we were all in one place we could do the team building exercise where we go around in a circle and everyone says a compliment about the next person down the line's bicycle.

"I like the shiny chainring."
"The bar tape was put on very well."
"The paint job is really nice."

It would be all kinds of warm fuzziness.
