Agreed, but if going out and drinking until one has a BAC of .122 and then getting behind the wheel of a car with a suspended license as well as arguing with one's g/f (while supposedly married) doesn't equate to murder what does? Granted it might be argued that it wasn't pre-meditated in the normal sense. BUT he DID decide to go out partying and he DID decide to get behind the wheel of the car more than drunk, he DID decide to argue with his g/f on his cell phone.

Given his prior record, I would think that the judge would/should allow it, as it shows what his character (or lack thereof) really is. And this little self-centered, entitled little rich brat, as$hole has had way too many second chances. He is the "poster boy" of what a repeat offender looks like.
