Decided to finish fine tuning some cockpit changes I made on the commuter Thursday night and discovered everything between the bearings top cup and the locknut had disintegrated on my headset. The ride to my PT job doing a Spring cleanup for a rich old guy may be ill conceived.

I guess I am a good example of wearing out every part on a cheaply specced bike before you replace them. I have convincingly worn out every part but the brake levers and they are not so good anymore either.
