I've posted the progressive status thread elsewhere, but here's the before and after:

BEFORE: Cheap Craigsilst find. Note the crappy after-the fact FD braze and rattlecan patch:



AFTER: Sturmey 3 speed Porteur. All frame and paint work was done at the Marinoni workshop in Montreal.



I'm still contemplating the idea of putting a drop bar with constructeur racks. Maybe rebuilding the rear to be a SA 5 speed.
