I have a lovely pair of 24 hole GL330's laced with Ultegra 10 speed rear and Ultegra 9 speed front. I did go 14g on the rear and 14/15g up front. FBinNY is correct about the tension - go easy. Built up with Tufo S3 Lite the pair are very lite and great for the rolling hills out here in NC. I will get a weight on them tomorrow.
