It's great fun. I got the six-speed with the straight bars and rack. It's fine on the train. On the single-deckers it fits in the luggage rack. On the double-deckers I sit in the vestibule. I have to tote it up the escalators in Penn, but unfold it right there and I'm up and out and on the Eighth Avenue bike lane in minutes. And, saving two $2.50 trips each way on the subway, it gets cheaper every day.
