Serotta is another name in the very top rank of builders, in my estimation. It doesn't get any better than this.
Way back in 1981, I rode my cow-orker's Serotta. It was a criterium bike, and it was too small for me, so the two factors made it insanely nimble. I had never ridden anything like it, and I was freaked out scared by the handling. You would never turn the handlebars on that bike; you just lean it. Very cool, and I think I could get used to something like that. I'll never forget that little test ride.
And of course, the quality of the workmanship is not exceeded by any other maker.
