It's an event for people to "reclaim" public space ie our streets for multiple uses, biking is just one of them....
Can't agree with you more! The event is for the people to come out and enjoy the streets of L.A. like a park. SO people can feel & see the city at a leisurely pace, to share and connect with other people. People who came out just for a bike ride had it wrong. I am coming back for the next one.
