A Bench vise is good.

Monkey wrench aka pipe wrench
Large Crescent wrench (smooth jaws)
Assorted Allen Keys
Torx Keys
Assorted Phillips and Flat heads
Chain Breaker (I use a power link though)
Hammer (You never know)
Chain Scrubber
Dremmel tool for cable and housing cutting (Works and doesn't fray if you do it right)
Small pliers
Small Needle Nose
Wire cutters
Socket set
Jewelery Tools (micro screwdrivers)
Just stuff I accumulated over the years.

The only thing I need are spoke wrenches, bb tool, and pedal wrench.
