umm roadside repair is remove tubeless valve and put a tube in. no more difficult than any other repair.
in pros i'll add in, no pinching tubes while installing tires, simply get the tire levers and crank em on, don't be gentle.
in cons, you can also add sometimes its difficult to get a seal with a normal pump and you might need to start it with a compressor - not always, ymmv
