maybe a Zefal ,or one of Blackburns frame fits,
2 Fish velcro straps should keep it there.

Not a bad idea, mounting along the seat stay,
I kept knocking my under the top tube pump off,
lifting the bike . Longer stroke will get the PSI up quicker..
