I agree that the taper likely won't be as much of an issue as will clearance, i.e., will the Campy spindle be long enough. Personally, I'd mate the TA crankset with the TA BB. The BB/spindle that worked with the 3-pin TA crank should work fine with the cyclotouriste as long as you're not setting it up as a triple.
