I ride a Kilo TT, which on the 60cm frame has pretty tight clearance of the front wheel. Surprisingly toe overlap has only ever once been a problem, and it was while riding really slowly trying to trackstand

Pedal strike on the other hand.. (and I have 165mm cranks!) Though I think it's cause I tip my feet forward sometimes.
