I normally would not do this but I was blown away by the customer service I received from Love2Pedal.

I placed my order on Monday for the 2 for $56 Bib Shorts and a Love2Pedal jersey, that night I received shipping information showing my order was shipped.

I came home today and in my mailbox was my order, I ripped it open and there was a hand written note from Dan letting me know both pairs of my Bib Shorts were upgraded to their better model at no charge to me, He explained they were the same fit but nicer construction and a higher quality upper.

Everything fits very well and I can't wait to take it out this weekend!

Everything was packaged great and arrived in perfect condition, as a first time customer I was amazed they did this for me. Also included was a $5 coupon for my next order.
