The ride home was uneventful and I stayed to the streets which are just wet and a little slushy while the bikeway has a few inches of half frozen slush and snow on it as it has only been disturbed by walkers and a few cyclists.

Looks like it was a good idea to keep the extrabike's studded tyres on... spring here can bring some pretty nasty snow storms and will probably be using it a lot over this next little bit.

I made some good time and my ride home only took an extra five minutes over the usual... once that bike gets rolling it likes to stay rolling.
