I've got all the parts now, the whole Fichtel & Sachs shifting system that works with a coaster brake but i've got a stuck seatpost and a stuck stem.
At least those two can be extracted with normal steel-to-steel rust penetrants. Come to think of it, some O/A dumped down the seattube and the stem (if you can seal them off) might work.
