Yeah i am not into panniers for many reasons. Have checked the tyres and all is good :0)
I hardly ever use the trailor so i know it is not that. Would have used it 3-4 times in the months i have had this bike as i only recently made the trailor. If i do small shops of items i just strap the shopping on the basket that houses also the battery and battery bag.

Yep my friend told me i would have to charge the new batteries for way longer. OK yeah he seemed to think not the blue battery but the black batteries in the other links. I am not sure why. Maybe for the same reason you are stating/thinking?
