Opinions will vary about the wheels and shifters. I very much like the bar-end shifters and 36 spoke wheels, even though to most buyers, they would diminish the value; it looks like a durable rig. (Do you value performance or durability? Do you want to race, ride for fun, commute...?) If you list the components, people can get a better idea of the value. My gut says it's toward the high end of the fair price range (you could always try to talk him down). But, if it fits you, and it's in good shape, and it's set up the way you want, then it probably adds up to a square deal for you. Good luck.
