Enjoying snow is one thing. Living with snow for months is another. I wouldn't mind few weeks of fluffy, clean snow, but few months of it is too much. Also, snow in a large city just creates misery by crippling the transportation and quickly turning to dirty slush and frozen slush. Southern California seems to have snow done right. It's up in the mountains where you can look at it and go to visit it, but you don't have to live in it. One of my favorite things to do when I lived near Palm Springs was to go out to the orange tree in the front yard wearing a t shirt and pick oranges while looking at the snow in the mountains a couple of miles away.
What I did with the chart was to copy and paste the row of data about a city I was interested in, into a column of an Excel spreadsheet.
