I found one as well. The Cateye LD150 (at http://www.cateye.com/en/product_detail/320) works on the left side of the handlebar about 2 inches from the central handlebar clamp. It points forward when the handlebar is ready to ride, and it nestles between the front wheel and the kickstand and pointing straight down when my bike is folded.

If you want to mount it to the front reflector stand (replacing the reflector, which I didn't care to do if I could avoid it), then you want the "TL-LD120/500/600 bracket" at http://www.cateye.com/store/parts.php?cid=3_113 and it works just fine.
