Well, the chart really militates against having weather of any kind. Cold, heat, rain and snow will all get you points off. And that's pretty much what kind of climate Adam was asking for.

If you like climate, as does Roody, then it is helpful to look to see what places offer what. I was surprised to find out that Little Rock has almost as many rainy days as does Tampa, where I was a child. And more surprised to find out that it gets slightly more rain. I got a nice comparison between Phoenix and Austin, which helped.
