Bikes: '96 Litespeed Catalyst, '05 Litespeed Firenze, '06 Litespeed Tuscany, '20 Surly Midnight Special, All are 3x10. It is hilly around here!

I've had some luck in the past by calling Shimano USA and asking for replacement parts that were too minor for a dealer to order. They mailed them to me at no charge. It's worth a phone call to ask.
