I ride in a pair of scuffed up Bass Weejuns, for those days when I am too lazy to tie laces, the rest of the time I have my Vans Classics, Topsiders have a very grippy sole as well for biking. I have had shoes in the past that haven't been in heavy rotation because they just don't fit in to the footprint of my bike pedal well enough. I try to stay away from very thin soled shoes though. My doc martins were really good in the winter, I have a bigger pair of clips for wintertime/bulkier shoe time.
