Brooks is really old school. If you want a 175 gm saddle, they don't make it. If you want a 4-5-6+ hour saddle that you can ride the next day, and the day after that, and that, and your perineum feels fine, they make it. If they didn't make a good product, they would have gone down the tubes long ago.
