My geared bike, actually my main bike at the moment until I can find a ss/fg that fits me, is a 2008 Bianchi Volpe. Mostly stock except clipless pedals, fenders, Michelin City tires and a rack. Switched out to celeste bar tape now. Got it cheap because it was still hanging around the bike shop in spring 2010. Her name's Goldie (natch). I would remove the decals on the top tube if they weren't under the clear coat - seriously, I do not know what Bianchi was thinking with this one. She's a little ugly and a little too big for me but she's relatively nimble and fun to ride for commuting and touring.

Don't have a good picture of it, but here's my hybrid after a winter commute to work a couple years ago. Trek WSD 7.2fx, was my first bike purchase since childhood and I pretty quickly upgraded to the Bianchi. Learned I hate step through frames and wanted something that was a bit quicker and more nimble. Now I use its slow stable nature to my advantage as my winter bike.
