I have a favorite LBS (Milltown Cycles). Small two person operation with more knowledge and service than I could possibly use. I pay what they ask. This may sound dumb to some especially since I can avoid sales tax if I use the web. My reason? Service service and service. I want my LBS around when I need them and the only way to ensure that is to support them.
