Any options for raising handlebars on a hybrid with a 1.5 steerer.

Hi all,
I recently bought a hybrid to be my primary and bad-weather commuter but there are a couple changes I would like to make for comfort reasons. One thing I already did was change the handlebars from a straight bar (which had some rise) to a bullhorn style handlebar (no rise) because I wanted to have more hand positons. The consequence with that was that the handlebars got dropped about and inch and a half and I now feel a bit stretched out when riding. I was looking if there was any stem extenders like what I have pictured in one of the links below but they seem to only be available for 1 1/8 steerers and I need a 1.5. Another thing was looking for a stem with a steeper rise, but I'm not sure there is one more steep than the one I already have on the bike. I've included as link below to a picture of the bike as well (the picture is of the bike before I changed the handlebars). The handlebar clamp size is 25.4. Anyone know of any options I may have?
