Without knowing what pressures you ran with the 23s and your weight, well, we should know. Lower pressures are definitely more comfortable. I run 90f/100r usually (bring it to 100/100 on race day for some reason) with gp4ks 23c and weigh 155-157 - I'm no slouch on the road.

90/100 is a huge difference from 110/110 in terms of handling and comfort for sure but I'm not sure it'll add a noticeable amount of speed.
