Mine is sort of a catch all workspace for a home mechanic. You will notice that there are not that many bike specifice tools in that picture. I keep them all in a toolbox now, so that they are easily portable to friends places to fix kids bikes, etc. I keep the common tools to the left so they are easily reachable even when the workspace extender is folded out, like it is in this shot. It folds down to allow parking space for the car. Also the bins are the bottom are on rollers and I store less commonly used stuff in them. Each of the cabinets has a specific usage as well. The left most holds measuring and drafting tools, drill bits, fasteners and the like. The next holds lubricants, polishes and adhesives. The ones on the right hold automotive specific producst and gardening products, esp. herbicides and insecticides.
