Congrats on the new saddle, and nice looking bike.
You put a wet wash cloth under the seat only in the sit bone area and lay one on top in the same place. Let the water soak into the leather for 2 Hr's then ride for about 1 Hr. thats just to get the shape the softness and fine tuning of it come with time.
