FWIW, this thread inspired me to order a pair of insoles. I started asking around outside the universe of BF (there is one, believe it or not), and decided to order a pair of eSoles based on a recommendation from a very well-respected fitter. They were recommended over Superfeet for my specific case - very flat feet and collapsed arches. Supposedly eSoles have better arch support.
I'll report back once I get a chance to test them out on a ride.
I've tried the modular efit version and while they were better than nothing, they weren't great. The epro customizable footbeds are supposed to be a lot better, but the closest dealer is a five hour drive away.
