1. Wedge (lightly) left hand between seat tube and tire, make sure tire is centered.
2. Tighten each nut a little bit at a time.
3. Repeat 2 until both nuts are nice and tight.
4. Make sure chain tension isn't tight or too loose.
5. Ride bike.
