$4.13/gal today. Now that the snow is mostly gone and it is possilbe to ride no one I know is riding their bikes any more, or any less than usual. Of course most of the people I know are educated and mature and so can do the simple math showing the real, net benefit when all expenses and time are considered. Now some people will live in other, more compact areas and so will have different math. Good on their good fortune. For the rest of us we just have to be as effficient as we can with what transportation we have found to be effective.
