Bikes: many

Just snagged a 1989 Bridgestone RB-1

This one sort of fell in my lap tonight.

Here are a couple of quick and dirty flash photos.

56/56 c-t-c. Appears to be stock except for the fork and wheels. Seller was right up front that he had a crash that damaged the original front wheel and bent the fork enough to effect handling. No signs of frame buckling, etc. I can deal with the fork and will consider later whether to paint or replace. In very good shape. Needs a rebuild to nubs and minor touchup -- easy when black and white.

Now the old question -- stock or mod -- DT or STI? What do you think? All ideas appreciated.

I am kinda of diggin' on this Japanese bike thing lately.

I'll keep you informed.
