Again, Bek lies through providing evasive statements. Yes, it is true that all states require cyclists to obey the laws. But very few states require cyclists to obey only the laws that are in the vehicle codes under rules of the road for drivers of vehicles. Nearly all states insist that cyclists also obey the laws that prohibit cyclists from obeying the rules of the road for drivers of vehicles. Note that states resist requests to repeal those anti-cyclist laws, and that no responsible transportation official has been found to state a policy that cyclists should operate as drivers of vehicles.
Bek is fully cognizant of this controversy, yet he deliberately posts information suggesting that he is ignorant of it. Nobody can be that dumb; Bek is therefore demonstrating his willingness to lie for his ideology.
