I want to buy a rear rack to go on a bike with 24-inch wheels. The bike is a Specialized Hotrock. The kid wants a rack.

Will a rack designed for 26-inch bikes fit well on a smaller bike with 24-inch wheels? Are there any brands or models that I should specifically look for, that would fit well on a smaller bike?
