Take 6A from the canal into Dennis, then pick up the CCRT and take the extension directly into Chatham. From Chatham to P Town, I'd suggest Route 28 into Orleans, then pick up the CCRT north into Wellfleet. From there it will be mostly back roads to Truro and Provincetown.
