I've been using and really enjoy this:

but lately it's been getting all bent up because I've been taking the glasses off to go into the grocery store or work or whatever and the long extension is fragile (and I've been switching lenses on my glasses lately and every time you do that you need to move the mirror), so I've put these:

on my bar ends. They work almost as well (you do have blind spots though) without the possible bending of the spoke, so I might take the messenger mirror off my glasses. I do think it's the best option I've tried if you're just going out for a ride though, so maybe I'll get a second pair of glasses for when I'm just riding and not doing other things and leave it on those.
