they're no different my regular clips I just wanted them purely for the look...

dia compe 204, though i did take my old bianchi lever and used that on brake side so i could have hidden cables. the right lever is just a dummy.
as for the bars, I guess I just didn't tighten them enough last time I was messing around. They were leveled out soon as I got home.
