Unfortunately my camera is currently somewhere in Barcelona while I am stuck here working....

I probably voided the warranty, but I just used the old-style cristophe clips that attach from the top; drilled two holes in the top-front of the pedal, and looped the strap through the webbing of the pedal, close to the outside. Doesn't work great, but better than nothing.
