He's so far off, price-wise, that I wouldn't even bother. Dickering with the deluded may be an utter waste of time. There's a lot wrong about that bike, and not a ton that's appealing.
You never know, I talked a guy down from $100.00 to $10.00 on a ratty old Raleigh a short while ago.
