himespau, No real way to determine how it happened, much less intent... I'd suspect it was accidental. None of my bikes with a FD clamp are gorilla tight and could probably be twisted sideways with a sharp enough blow. If you know any of the others using the parking area you might ask if they've had any problems, but myself I'd continue parking there.
